• Oversee all accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls
• Provide valuable financial insights to guide leadership decisions
• Administer accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and benefits administration
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial statements to the Board and Trustees
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and professional accounting standards
• Handle sales tax filings and business insurance renewals
• Process daily and special billing for clients with attention to detail
• Perform bank, GL, and credit card reconciliations
• Review and monitor business and client inventory
• Calculate sales commissions

• BS in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Accounting Management or Controller roles
• Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and accounting software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Compensation range: $90,000-100,000.  This salary range represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. If an applicant possesses experience, education, or other qualifications in excess of the minimum requirements for this posting, that applicant is encouraged to apply, and a final salary range may then be based on those additional qualifications; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
