BerryDunn has partnered with Spectrum Healthcare Partners; a large multi-specialty physician practice, to find a qualified and professional Human Resources Professional. Spectrum is a private practice, 100% physician directed entity that currently includes over 220 physician specialists focused on quality delivery of patient care, and with a commitment to excellence and professionalism.
Reporting to the CEO and as a member of the senior management team, the Director of Human Resources will serve as the head of the Human Resources function and be a strategic business partner to the executive team and physician leaders in leading and creating initiatives, systems and best practices to recruit, develop and retain a patient- and client-centric workforce, and to act as a culture champion across the organization with a goal to support operational advancement of our mission and strategic plans. The Director of Human Resources will be a participative leader, strong coach and problem solver, diplomatic change agent, and expert in understanding organizational dynamics along with helping to create the appropriate structures to address challenges that are inherent in a geographically and functionally diverse team. Serving as an advisor to the CEO, executive and senior management team, the Director of Human Resources will help build and scale the organization, bringing strategic talent skills, expertise in core human resources functions and a deep commitment to our mission of patient care for our clinical organization (Spectrum Healthcare Partners) and service delivery for our management services organization (Spectrum Management Services Company).
Compensation range: $175,000-225,000. This salary range represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. If an applicant possesses experience, education, or other qualifications in excess of the minimum requirements for this posting, that applicant is encouraged to apply, and a final salary range may then be based on those additional qualifications; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
