What began as a focused community initiative has grown into a regional organization serving 81 communities from New Hampshire’s southern border to the Lakes Region. Today, we manage more than 500 affordable rental apartments and continue to grow our portfolio, while delivering homeownership and financial wellness education and counseling that help to create new homeowners and more financially stable households.

This is an opportunity for a Director of Finance who is energized by both purpose and performance — someone who wants to play a strategic leadership role in a growing organization where financial stewardship directly advances community transformation. As a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for the financial management, integrity, and sustainability of the organization, this role oversees accounting, budgeting, compliance, reporting, and financial planning while serving as a key thought partner to the Executive Director and Board of Directors.

The base salary range targeted for this role is $100,000 - $120,000. This salary range represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. If an applicant possesses experience, education, or other qualifications more than the minimum requirements for this posting, that applicant is encouraged to apply, and a final salary range may then be based on those additional qualifications; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, seniority, merit, education, training, amount of travel, and other relevant business considerations.
